Roger Hunt, age 60, of Sweeden, KY, departed this life on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at his residence. He was born on November 28, 1960 in Edmonson County to the late George and Mary Frances Farris Hunt Davis. He was married to Peggy Hunt, who survives.

Roger worked as a carpenter for DuPont. He was a member of the Carpenters Union Local #64, Laborers Union and New Home General Baptist Church

Besides his wife, he leaves to honor his memory—one daughter, Regina Smiley (Victor) of Sweeden, KY; two granddaughters, Brooklyn Vincent and Zaylee Neal; and four brothers, James Hunt, Dale Hunt (Truley), Danny Hunt (Lisa), and Tracy Hunt.

Interment will be in Dit Vincent Cemetery.
