John R. Denham

1927-2023

John R. Denham, age 96, of Brownsville, departed this life on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at The Medical Center of Bowling Green. The Edmonson County native was born on January 8, 1927 to the late Oscar and Lula Denham.  

John was a member of Oak Grove United Baptist Church. He retired from Reynolds Aluminum after thirty-five years and was a WWII army Veteran.

He leaves to honor his memory— daughter, Deborah Mansfield, (Jim) of Union Star; son, Bobby Denham (Jodi) of Louisville; grandchildren, Kelly Schmidt (Greg), Matt Mansfield, Aaron Denham, Caleb Denham (Megan) and Travis Denham (Shawna); great– grandchildren, Garrett Schmidt, Austin Schmidt, Parker Schmidt, Cheyenne Denham, Josiah Denham, Elijah Denham, Ezra Denham; brother, Clifford Denham; sister, Mamie Spinks and special niece and caregiver, Mary St. Onge. Besides his parents, he was proceeded in death by his step son J.C. Webb.
