Evelyn R. Bailey, age 93, of Park City, passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Green Hill Rehabilitation and Care in Greensburg. The Edmonson County native  was born on March 31, 1929 to the late Sterling Reynolds and Annie England Reynolds. She was married to the late Louie Travis Bailey.

Evelyn retired from Park City State Bank/South Central Bank after 40 years of service. She was a member of Smiths Grove Baptist Church, Rocky Hill Eastern Star and Barren County Homemakers.

She leaves to honor her memory— her son, Joseph C. Bailey (Sheryl) of Park City; two grandsons, Benjamin C. Bailey (Michelle) of Houston, TX and Nathan Tyler Bailey (Lauren) of Glasgow; one brother, Ernest Reynolds (Mary Etta) of Richmond, VA; sister-in-law, Barbara Jean Bailey of Bowling Green; three nieces, Janet Madison (Tim), Kim Couch (Joe) and Myra Harrison; one great-nephew, Josh Madison and four great-nieces, Megan Bailey Komar, Courtney Madison, Katherine Couch and Chloe Couch. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Joyce Ann Bailey; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Leroy and Sandra Bailey and a nephew, Brad Bailey.
