Willow Renae Forbis, infant daughter of Chris and Megan Forbis departed this life on  Sunday, October 16, 2016 in Glasgow, KY.

Beside her parents she is survived by one brother, Draden Forbis; paternal grandparents, Donna and Angelo Scavo; maternal grandmother, Janet Mitchell Contrearas; two great grandmothers, Mary Jo Smith (Kenneth) and Betty Forbis; four aunts, Misty Whittle, Sarah McClellan, Carla McClellan and Alaura Keen; three uncles, Matthew McClellan, Dustin Byrd and Angelo C.G. Scavo and several cousins.

She was also preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, James Forbis and aunt, Jamie Elaine Forbis.
