Virgie Salings
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Haynes (Tommy) of Glasgow, KY; three sons, Phillip Huff of Morgantown, KY, Philander Phelps (Rhonda) of Sikeston, MO and Tim Phelps (Amy) of Asheville, NC; three brothers, Gus Huff (Shirley) of Bowling Green, KY, J.R. Huff of Big Reedy, KY and Dagwood Huff (Rosie) of Roundhill, KY; three sisters, Betty Cherry of Bowling Green, KY, Beverly Smith of Morgantown, KY and Mettie Pogue (Jerry) of Central City, KY; twenty three grandchildren; forty two great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Carol Pretz; one son, Simon Peter Phelps; one grandson, Desmon Haynes; one great-grandson, Dakota Lyn Haynes and one sister, Hazel Denham.
Interment will be at Independence (Slate Bank) Cemetery with Bro. Roger Poynter officiating the services.
