Scotty Dale Webb, age 71, departed this life on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at Tidewell Hospice House in Arcadia, Florida, following a lengthy illness. He was born on May 23, 1955, in Warren County, KY, to the late Eugene “Blue” Webb and Emaline Elmore Webb, and spent most of his life as a resident of Wingfield.

Scotty worked in construction by trade, a profession that reflected his hardworking nature. However, it was his kind heart and willingness to help a friend in need that left a lasting impression on those around him. His generosity and readiness to lend a helping hand were qualities that will be fondly remembered by those who knew and loved him.

Scotty was saved during a prayer meeting held in the home of Parker and Crystal Elmore in Louisville, Kentucky. He united with Wingfield United Baptist Church, where he remained a member until his passing.

He leaves to honor his memory— his longtime companion, Carol Davidson of Arcadia, FL; a son, Kyle Paul Leboeuf of Houma, LA; a grandson, Mason Kyle Hayes of Shreveport, LA; his only sister, Emma Sue Meredith (Bobbie Joe) of Wingfield, along with dear nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his only brother, Billy Gene Webb.

The interment will be in Wingfield Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to: Wingfield Church Cemetery Fund, c/o Cody Deering.
