Sandra Ashley

Sandra Ashley, age 66 of Brownsville, departed this life at her residence on Tuesday, July 2, 2024. The Edmonson County native was born on October 1, 1957 to the late Willard and Verna Crain Sanders. She was married to Granville “Don” Ashley, Jr., until the were parted by his passing on April 4, 2005.

Sandra had worked in prior years in the deli at Sam’s Club. She attended CenterPointe Church. Sandra loved to cook and bake, watch game shows, and was a talented floral designer. Her greatest love was her family, most especially her grandson, Cade. 

 She leaves to honor her memory— her son, Jeremy Pulley (Cynthia) of Chalybeate; grandson, Cade Pulley and her sisters, Zelma Wilson, Carla Decker (Richard), Paula Meredith (Paul) and Wanda Kay Ray (James). Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Norman Sanders and Regina Wood. 

 A memorial service will be planned at a future date.
