Robert Mason

Robert "Pop" Mason, 96, of Sweeden, KY, died Saturday, April 3, 2010 in Louisville, KY. He was the husband of Wanda W. Mason.

He was a retired Master Sargeant, WWII, Korean and Vietnam Army Veteran, a Kentucky Colonel and a member of Washington Meredith Masonic Lodge #355 F & AM and Sweeden Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda W. Mason of Sweeden, KY; daughter, Kathy Wahman (Donnie) of Louisville, KY; son, Bobby Mason (Daphney) of Farmsville, VA; sister, Margie Matthews of Balckstone, VA; four grandchildren, Jeremy Wahman (Theresa), Joseph Wahman, Monty Mason and Chris Mason (Angela); four great grandchildren.

Burial will be in the Sweeden Church Cemetery. Bro. Jerry Patton and Jonathan Lindsey officiating.
