Myrtle Irene Williams, age 81, of Hardyville, KY, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2012, at Medical Center at Bowling Green in Bowling Green, KY. She was a former operator for Packaging Services and a member of Nolin United Baptist Church.
The Edmonson County native war born Septembe 27, 1930 to the late Miles Lashley and the late Sylvia Lashley and wife of the late Paul B. White & Russel "Pete" Williams.
Survivors include two daughters: Patricia Sue Arnold, Lindseyville, KY, Deloris Golladay (Russell), Louisville, KY;three sons: Paul Wayne White (Marijo), Louisville, KY, Charles Vernon White (Vickie), Hardyville, KY, James Edward White Sr. (Barbara), Munfordville, KY; one sister: Blanche Lugwig, Riverside, CA; three brothers: Willard Lashley, Noxapater, MS, Leroy Lashley, Savannah, GA, Earl Lashley; fourteen grandchildren, one step grandchild, sixteen great-grandchildren, three step great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Virgie Williams and Lucille Lashley.
Arrangements are being handled by Patton Funeral Home Brownsville Chapel. Bro. Dan Hogan will officiate. Interment will be at Nolin Cemetery, Mammoth Cave, KY.
