Lisa Marie Lewis, age 61 of Park City, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024 at her residence. The Decatur, Illinois native was born on July 26, 1962 to the late Lawrence and Ouida Mae Wood Lewis.
Lisa was a former wardrobe and costume designer for the film industry. She was a deeply charitable and caring soul. Her quiet generosity touched countless lives, and her absence will be profoundly felt by all who knew her.
She leaves to honor her memory-- her daughter, Adrienne Smith (Elijah) and her grandson, Lincoln Smith all of Kwajalein.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
