Leattia Huff, age 86 of Park City, KY, departed this life on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at NHC HealthCare of Glasgow. The Barren County native was born on January 5, 1939 to the late Robert Leonard and Ruby Tapscott Smith. She was married to Willie Bryant Huff, who also preceded her in death.
Leattia dedicated over seventeen years to working at the Cave City Garment Company. She was a member of Park City Baptist Church and the Hiseville Order of the Eastern Star, where she formed many cherished friendships. Leattia had a big heart for her little community and absolutely adored taking care of her grandbabies. In her free time, she loved tending to her beautiful flowers and keeping her home neat and cozy.
She leaves to honor her memory— her son, Mark Huff (Patricia) of Park City; grandchildren, Kacie Simon (Danny) and Anthony Huff (Lindsay); great-grandchildren, Jackson and Ellie Jo Huff and Piper Houchens; sisters, Joyce Hester and Derenda Jones (Paul) and brother, Charles Smith. Besides her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Joe Winlock; grandchildren, Chad Bryant Brown and Catina Renee Brown; brothers, Mikel, James and Leonard Smith and sister, Martha Ann Poynter.
The interment will be in Cave City Cemetery.
