Karen "Kitty" Roberts Houchin

1947 - 2022

Karen “Kitty” Roberts Houchin, age 74 of Brownsville peacefully departed this life on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Genesis Health Care Edmonson Center.  The Gainesville, Georgia native was born on December 25, 1947 to the late Dude and Ruby Vago Roberts.  She was married to her best friend and husband of thirty-two years, Tim Houchin, who survives.

Kitty retired as a software analyst for Cedar-Crestone.  She had a contagious personality, never met a stranger and was loved by all who knew her.

Besides her husband, Tim, she is survived by her brother, Doug Roberts of Smyrna, GA; her sister, Gayle Roberts Robinson (Steve) of Lake of the Pines, TX; her beloved fur baby, Hambone, and several close friends that she considered family.

At her request, no visitation or services are scheduled.
