Irene Meredith

Irene Saling Meredith, age 65 of Bee Spring, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2007 in Bowling Green. She was born November 4, 1942 in Edmonson to Carl and Esteen Vincent Saling of Sunfish. She was a housewife and a gospel singer for Justus formerly Gospel Lights and a member of Vincent Church. She is also survived by her husband, Rev. R.L. Meredith; two sons, Dondi Meredith (Stephanie) and David Meredith (Yvonne) of Bee Spring; two daughters, Denise Decker (Bruce) of Bee Spring and Lori Cross (Frank) of Trenton, KY; five sisters, Betty Salleng of Sunfish, Carolyn Vincent of Shepherdsville, Sherry Decker of Bee Spring, Anita Saling of Brownsville and Sandra Leslie of Leitchfield; one brother, David Saling of Bee Spring; five grandchildren Mendi Miller, Daniel Decker, Bonnie Cross, Abrey and Maylea Meredith and one step grandchild, Russell Parsons. Burial will be in the Vincent Church Cemetery.
