Imogene Klaber, age 87 of Glasgow, departed this life on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at Shanti Niketan Hospice Home, with her family by her side. The Clinton County, IN native was born on July 10, 1936, to the late Hobert James and Bessie Elizabeth Satterfield Hankins. She was married to the late William Klaber, and they spent many years together in Frenchburg, KY.
Imogene was a homemaker, and was a member of Rolling Hills United Baptist Church.
She leaves to honor her memory—her children, Randy Dean Crumpton (Belinda) of Summer Shade, Kathy Jean Minor (Gary) of Cave City and Sheryl Lynn Crumpton (Rosa) of Flagler Beach, FL; grandchildren, Leslie Morris (Josh), Lindsey Stephens (Troy), Nicholas Kidd (April) and Cade Ray; great-grandchildren, Maddee Stephens, Jax Stephens, Marlee Stephens, Knox Stephens and Lane Morris, and a brother, Jerry Ray Hankins (Glenda). Besides her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her son, Gary Gene Crumpton; siblings, Jim, Betty Jo, Sue, Max, Evelyn, Bobby and her twin brother, Eugene.
The family has requested that you donate blood in her memory at the American Red Cross.
Interment will be in Happy Valley Memorial Gardens.
