Gene Huddleston

Gene "Papa" Huddleston, age 67 of Park City, passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at his residence. He was born April 19, 1940 in Albany, KY. He was a retired Sergeant for the Louisville Fire Department and former owner of Gene's Gulf Service Station in Louisville. He is survived by his wife, Freda Huddleston of Park City; one son, Kenneth Huddleston and wife Cheryl of Shepherdsville; one daughter, Sherry Willis and husband Donald of Shepherdsville; mother, Eileen Booher Huddleston of Louisville; three brothers, Ralph and Lane Huddleston of Louisville and Gary Huddleston of Albany; six grandchildren, Shane Willis, Nichole Adams, Lisa Ward, Evan Willis, Erik Huddleston and Morgun Willis; two great grandchildren, David and Mitchell Gene Adams. He was preceded in death by one son, David Huddleston. Burial will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
