Freda Skaggs

Freda "Petey" Vincent Skaggs, age 83 of Louisville, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2007 in Louisville. She was born September 2, 1924 in Edmonson County to the late Conrad L. and Lola Brooks Vincent. She was a retired office manager in the medical field and a member of Rockford Lane Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, James H. Skaggs of Louisville; one daughter, Deborah Skaggs of Louisville; three sisters, two grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
