Fred Douglas
Fred Douglas, 67, of Park City, KY passed away February 22, 2013 at his residence. He was a splicer and line worker for Verizon and a n Army Veteran.The Phoenix, AZ native was born to the late Frederick Tickenoff and the late Helen Stenwall.He is survived by two sons, Mike and Tim Douglas both of Portland, OR; one stepson, Cory Warne of Portland, OR and one stepdaughter, Kelly L. Lutz (Jason) of Central Point, OR.
Serices will be officiated by Rev. Joel C. Rogers, C.P.M.
