Foran Meredith, Jr., age 55 of Glasgow, departed this life on Thursday, March 12, 2026. The Barren County native was born on July 28, 1970 to the late Barbara J. Claywell and Foran Meredith, Sr.

Foran worked as a draftsman for Dallas Welding before later working alongside his mother on the assembly line at 3A Composites. He loved spending time with family and friends, cooking and sharing good meals, listening to music, and riding motorcycles. Foran also had a special love for animals and enjoyed their companionship. He will be remembered for his easygoing nature and the joy he found in the simple things in life.

He leaves to honor his memory— his father and namesake, Foran Meredith, Sr. (Lolita); loving sister, Marlene Meredith Wood (Roger); nephew, Drew Wood; great-nephew, Trenton Wood, all of Glasgow, along with several friends that will miss their special times with Foran. Besides his mother, Barbara, he was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Montie and Elzadie Kerr Meredith and maternal grandparents, Jim and Bonnie Booher Claywell.
