Elsie Meredith

Elsie Meredith, age 90 of Horse Cave, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2007 in Horse Cave. She was born December 23, 1916 in Edmonson County to the late Ranzo and Debbie Gipson Merideth and married to the late Oscar F. Meredith. She was a housewife and a member of Stockholm United Baptist Church. She is survived by four sons; Rev. Kenneth C. Meredith (Barbara) of Mammoth Cave, Buford Meredith (Wava Jean) of Cub Run, Steve L. Meredith of Cub Run and Jerry D. Meredith of Horse Cave; one daughter, Sherlene Elmore (Windell) of Mammoth Cave; one sister, Oma Wilkerson of Horse Cave, 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 13 great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Charles Meredith and infant son. Services will be officiated by Bro. Scott Coates with burial in the Union Light Church Cemetery.
