Dustin Craig Simon, age 25, of Bowling Green, passed away, Monday, June 22, 2009 in Sweeden, KY. He was born November 22, 1983 toLeonard Simon and Jean Farris Forbes. He is survived by mother, Jean Forbes (Tony) of Park City, KY; father, Leonard Simon of Bowling Green, KY; two half brothers, Eric Simon of Park City, KY, Elliott Ashley of Park City, KY; maternal grandmother, Hazel Farris of Brownsville, KY; paternal grandmother, Linda Huff of Sunfish, KY. Services will be officiated by Bro. Malcolm Doyle with burial in Vincent Cemetery.
