Davy “Bubba” Glass, age 49, departed this life on October 10, 2025 at his residence in Sweeden. The Warren County native was born on February 1, 1976 to the late Sammie and Marie Glass.
In his younger years, Davy worked diligently in a factory, taking pride in a job well done. He had a passion for simple joys—shooting pool with friends, admiring a freshly detailed car, and losing himself in the rhythm of his favorite music. His faith was the foundation of his life, and he often tuned in to Shepherd’s Chapel on the Christian network for spiritual guidance and reflection. Davy often reminded his loved ones, “We live, we die. The flesh body goes back to the dirt, and the spirit—our true, eternal body—returns to the God who created it.” Today, he rests in peace, his faith fulfilled.
He leaves to honor his memory— his siblings, Donovan Glass (Coti) of Oakland, Amy Casey (Brian) of Clarkson and Amanda Rodgers (Greg) of Smiths Grove; special, caring neighbors, Mike and Beverly Clubb, and several nephews and nieces that referred to him as their Uncle Bubba. Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by his niece, Katelyn Casey and dear granny, Garnetta Glass.
