Arless Lee Vincent

Arless Lee Vincent, age 80 of Brownsville, peacefully departed this life on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Edmonson County native was born on July 29, 1945 to the late Carlos and Mora Highbaugh Page. She was married to her devoted husband, John Earl Vincent, who survives.

Arless retired after dedicating numerous years to the children in the Edmonson County School District, first serving as a cook and later as a custodian at South Edmonson Elementary. Beyond her work at school, Arless found her greatest joy in caring for her family and tending to her home—whether it was preparing a warm meal, keeping things neat and welcoming, or taking pride in her yard and garden.

A faithful member of Jock United Baptist Church, Arless loved her church family as deeply as her own. Her faith was steadfast and her spirit unwavering. In her heartfelt testimonies, she often spoke with assurance about her journey, saying she did not fear this time of parting—for she knew what awaited her on the other side: a heavenly home filled with love, light, and everlasting peace.

Besides her husband, John Earl, she leaves to honor her memory— her son, Thomas Vincent (Brandy M.) of Brownsville and siblings, Sue Miller, Stacey Page (Sandra) and Mary Brewer, all of Louisville. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Parker Page, Eva Lou Schmeltz, Shirley Madison, Annetta Jean Page, Eddie Ross Page and Terry Lynn Page.
