Joe Don Patton, 60, of Sweeden, KY, died Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at his residence in Sweeden, KY. The Edmonson County native was born December 5, 1955 to late Joe D. Patton Sr. and Janell Farris Patton who survives. He was married to Sherry Trulock Patton who survives.

Don was a carpenter and owner of Patton Construction. He was a member and deacon at Jetson Community Church and was also a member of the Washington Meredith Masonic Lodge #355 F&AM.

Besides his wife and mother he leaves to honor his memory, one son, Coty Joe Patton (Katie) of Sweeden, KY; one daughter Verena Patton Tracy (Brandon) of Bowling Green, KY; one grandson, Hunter Joe Patton; one granddaughter, Emma Jane Patton; one brother, Jeff Patton of Bee Spring, KY; one sister, Sherry Sanders (Jimmy Dean) of Bee Spring, KY; one special son Joey Bennett and one special daughter Amber Nicole Bryant.

Interment will be in  Sweeden Church Cemetery.

Masonic Service will be at 6 pm, Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Patton Funeral Home Brownsville Chapel by Washington Meredith Masonic Lodge #355 F&AM.
